Circular No. 002- New update from the Sales Support - Automation for Name Correction Requests

Dear Travel Partners,

Effective 7th April 2026, Air India is pleased to inform regarding a new enhancement at Air India’s Sales Support Desk designed to streamline all Name Correction requests and improve overall service efficiency.

Once a Name Correction request is submitted via the Sales Support email, it will be automatically captured by our system.

You will subsequently receive an auto-generated email containing a link to a form requesting additional details to facilitate expedited resolution and processing of your query.
