Mandatory Updates for AF/KLM/DL

Dear ALL,

Please find below the critical updates that must be adhered to while issuing tickets for AF/KLM/DL bookings. These updates are essential to ensure accuracy and compliance and will help avoid ADM charges and potential errors going forward.

Kindly ensure these are followed strictly in all applicable cases.

• Contact information in booking –
  • mandatory requirement to accurately enter customer contact details in SSR format, in accordance with IATA Resolution 830d
• Change in no-show, refund & cancellation policy
  • Air France and KLM have extended the refund and reissue no-show rule to flights after outbound departure for all Air France and KLM fares.
  • The no-show rule is now applicable to all flight coupons. If the customer used the outbound flight, the no-show rule also applies to the inbound flight.
  • After a no-show, a voluntary change is no longer permitted, and the ticket is non-refundable.
  • To avoid that the no-show condition applies, the refund request for the unused ticket coupon must be made before the departure of the scheduled flight.
