Further to our communication below, dated 23 March 2026, IndiGo shall continue to offer the “24‑Hour Look‑In” policy for bookings facilitated via authorized travel partners, as per the existing process.
This provision allows passengers to cancel or amend their bookings without any penalty within the applicable Look‑In Period, as shown below.

| Domestic | ≥ 7 days | 24 hours |
| International | ≥ 15 days | 24 hours |
