Cathay Pacific will revise the fuel surcharge (FSC) effective 1 April 2026, applicable to all tickets issued on or after this date.
Accordingly, ticket prices from 1 April 2026 will reflect the revised FSC.
We understand that agents currently holding group bookings. If they wish to take advantage of the current FSC, kindly ensure that:
- The passenger name list is updated, and
- The full ticket value EMD is completed and submitted via OLGM
no later than 15:30 hrs on 31 March 2026.
Please note that any EMD submissions made after 15:30 hrs on 31 March 2026 will be processed on the next working day, and the revised FSC will apply.
Given the anticipated high transaction volumes on 31 March 2026, we strongly recommend that agents complete their submissions by 30 March 2026 to avoid last-minute delays or system congestion and to ensure timely ticket issuance under the current FSC.
