In light of the evolving situation across parts of the Middle East, IndiGo continues to monitor developments with utmost care and caution.
For the latest operational updates, we request you to refer to the Flight Cancellations Schedule to track the live status of IndiGo’s domestic and international flights.
To support our customers and valued trade partners during this period, IndiGo has extended a cancellation waiver, as outlined below:
Waiver Details
- Booking Date: All bookings made up to 31 March 2026
- Travel Validity: Up to 30 April 2026
- Product Class: All fare types, including FIT and Group Fare tickets
- Booking Channel: Applicable across all channels
- Applicable Routes: Travel originating from or arriving in Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar
Please Note
- The waiver applies only to cancellations.
- 1 FREE MOVE will be permitted under IROP policy if flight timing has preponed by 1 hour or more or postponed by 2 hours or more from the scheduled time of departure.
- If flights are unavailable during this period, you may request a full refund, given the evolving airspace restrictions.
- Please ensure that the PNR is cancelled at your end if the customer does not wish to travel, in order to avoid a no-show.
