Dear Travel Partners,

Please find attached the circular on the revised waiver policy for the Pax travelling between INDIA and US,CA,EU and UK.

Please note that this waiver will supersede the previously issued waiver - INT/03/26/LHI.

Applicable for passengers holding confirmed bookings made up to 28th Feb 2026, for travel on Air India flights, applicable only on 098 documents on the below listed specified routes.

This Waiver facility is available only till 15th Mar 2026.

• Cancellation : Full refund with Nil cancellation fee to be deducted.

• Re-scheduling: One time change allowed with no rescheduling fee for revised travel date, within the validity of the ticket.

• Fare difference will be applicable for re-scheduling.
