Dear Valued Partner,

Following the partial re‑opening of regional airspace, Emirates is operating a reduced flight schedule.

Important Updates

• An operational plan valid until 14 March has been released with over 130 rotations per day from DXB. For up-to-date flights, refer to flight schedule, which is also available on the GDS and Emirates Gateway.
• Passengers transiting in Dubai will only be accepted for travel if their connecting flight is operating. If passengers are eligible for Dubai Connect, please arrange the hotel accordingly.
• As we now have stable mini-network operations in place, online check-in has been restored to 48 hours prior to departure with immediate effect.
• Customers are advised to check flight status, review the latest operational updates on emirates.com, and check their email for any notifications about changes or cancellations to their flights before travelling to the airport.
• Emirates Partners Portal is now back online following a temporary technical issue. The EK Disruption Policy due to the regional airspace closure has been updated and is available on the portal.
