Cancellation of flights operations
Dear Valued Partner,
We would like to update you on the current situation impacting travel to and from the United Arab Emirates.
Due to multiple regional airspace closures, Emirates has temporarily suspended all operations to and from Dubai until 1500hrs UAE time on Tuesday, 03 March.
We apologise to customers affected by disruptions for any inconvenience caused, and we are assisting them with rebooking, refunds, or alternative travel arrangements. The rebooking and disruption Policy has been communicated to your travel agencies; please contact them directly for further details.
We urge customers to check their flight status on emirates.com, through Help and through Manage your Booking, for the latest updates. We ask customers not to go to DXB or DWC airports (UAE) or any airport outside UAE if their flights’ destination is Dubai.
We are actively monitoring the situation, engaging with relevant authorities, and adjusting our operations in line with the latest developments. Emirates adheres to all regulatory requirements and follows guidance issued by aviation authorities.
The safety and security of our passengers and crew remain our highest priority.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
The Emirates Team
Regards,
