Please find the attached advisory (important) regarding the VOID window for NDC bookings, as this differs from the standard EDIFACT booking norms. The voiding rules are defined and governed by the respective airlines. As Amadeus acts only as a facilitator, they do not have the authority to override these airline-specific policies.
This policy is applicable to NDC bookings only and is uniformly applied across all channels — B2B, B2C, and Retail.

For your reference, I have attached the NDCX void window details for respective airlines. As this information is dynamic, I request you to kindly follow the above link for timely updates.
Also note the below important points:
- The airlines listed in the attached PDF are those that have provided information related to the VOID time window.
- If any ancillary services have already been added to the PNR, please contact the respective airline to request removal, as the system may not allow VOID due to the non-refundable nature of ancillary services.
- Any changes made to the booking by the airline can impact the VOID process.
For example, if the airline adds seats for the passenger, the agency may not be able to VOID the NDC ticket, as booking ownership is transferred to the airline.
