It has been observed that agents have caused various losses, including financial losses as a result of incomplete or incorrect provision of customer information. This causes a lot of inconvenience and difficulties to our customers.
In order to ensure that flight changes and itineraries are communicated to our passengers in a timely manner, it is important that the communication information is provided to the PNR in a complete and accurate manner.
It was also determined that the agencies did not correctly enter the passenger type during ticketing. In particular, an incorrect title was entered or no title was entered at all, especially for child (“CHD”) passengers. This causes the CHD passenger to be perceived as ADT by the system. Therefore, it is important for agencies to ensure the correct title is entered in by paying attention to the age limit.
According to Article “2.12 Passenger Contact Information” in our reservation rules provided in the link below, please note that agents are responsible for any inconvenience caused if the passenger cannot be reached due to incorrect contact information.
