Meal & Seat Selection Updates Guests can now choose their onboard meal and seat to suit preferences. Available meal options include:
· DBML: Diabetic meal
· GFML: Gluten‑free meal
· NLML: Non‑lactose meal
Special meal request/purchase prepaid excess baggage and select and/or purchase seats for flights can be availed for flights operating from 29 January 2026 onward, and are currently bookable through Manage Booking.
Airport Assistance Services In addition to enhanced onboard choices, QP flights offer comprehensive airport assistance for special needs:
· BLND: Blind passenger assistance
· DEAF: Deaf passenger assistance

Can I book an infant with their own seat (INS)? No, infants can only be accepted as lap infants (INF).
