Queuing a PNR to Specific Office Queues (Amadeus & Galileo)

Purpose

This article explains how to queue a PNR to a specific office queue using:

• Office ID–based queue in Amadeus

• Queue + Category combination in Galileo

• QE → Queue End (queues the PNR)

• DELWI2216-B → Target Office ID

• This command sends the PNR directly to the DELWI2216-B office queue for further action.

• QEB → Queue End and Bounce

• 74HR → Queue number

• 90+91 → Categories (multiple categories can be added using +)

• This sends the PNR to Queue 74HR under categories 90 and 91.
